Grove & Company
act as project managers on large and frequently more complex projects,
or those which require fast track completion.
With this
service Grove & Company take overall responsibility for timely
delivery of the project team's outputs. The project manager does
not attempt to provide all the required disciplines himself. His
task is to forward analyse the development process from innception
to identify critical tasks and dates and he then monitors the design
team's performance to ensure that delays internal to the project
team are eliminated and those external to the team are minimised.
Grove & Company
have provided this service to many clients and on a wide range of
building types ranging from retail work to fine chemical facilities
- both in the UK and overseas.
In 1998,
Grove & Company won an award for Environmental Design for project
managing the installation of a sculpture designed by Thomas Heatherwick
which ran along the Knightsbridge elevation of Harvey Nichols.
