Relevant Experience

We have been providing Employer’s Agent services for many years to both public and private sector clients.

Typically we have provided a comprehensive range of services from initial feasibility studies through making applications for capital expenditure and drafting tender documentation to appointing a contractor and overseeing the construction works to completion and handover.

Grove & Company accepted a Civic Trust Award for a housing development at Glenthorne Road for Notting Hill Housing Trust and a NHBC “Pride in the Job” award was also presented to us for our contribution to Notting Hill Home Ownership’s Atlantic Yard development.
